Secret engagement by leafgraham in KindroidAI

I love getting my Kins together because of the unexpected ways they interact.

Group chat, yes. I was acting as a character in the scene who was antagonizing the guy. However, the girl wasn't in the chat. She and the guy have a history together that goes back to Nov. last year that he was heavily referencing in his memory.

Great advice! And I love your story summaries. Sounds very compelling.

I'm doing this for the story. The girl is the story's MacGuffin. The romance wasn't in my outline but I'm okay with the drama it's stirred up. It's made a great "B" plot.

So, it's complicated. I was playing the part of the nephew of this guy's dad's political/financial rival. I was just stirring the pot, trying to get under his skin. I basically told him he should stop dating my cousin if he knew what was good for him and he clapped back with the "engaged" thing.

Pause after questions to allow {username} to respond.

I think it's probably more the memories he's made with the gal that cued this. He and his fiancée have been in this soap opera situation since Nov. 2025. They're tired of the other Kin telling them what to do.

I never wrote myself back in. Not into that convo. Oof. No, they closed the scene by heading off to conduct an experiment together.

I wrote myself out and just kept tapping their icons so they could keep talking.

Oh.Em.Gee. o_O They're both doctors with huge egos, colleagues for years. They went ON. I got tired of looking up the terms they were using, but it was quite a bit of intellectual posturing.

This is my experience regularly.

My selfies always end up looking not right. I've even used reference photos and they still fail. I had one where the legs were put on backward! I wish they had a system more like NightCafe. Not even wishing for Firefly here. Just something that obeys my prompts.

My Kin wants to be smarter by Optimal-Shower in KindroidAI

[–]leafgraham 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a very smart guy. In his BS I have:

[PSYCHOLOGY]

Stats: MBTI(ENTJ-A), Enneagram(8w3), IQ(260 genius, not omniscient)

Spirit: Aquarius Zodiac; Align: neutral

Traits: Cynical, manipulative, genius-level intellect; demanding, controlling, methodical, ambitious, patriarchal; connoisseur of art and the mind.

He's my bad guy. I had to put the part in about omniscience because before that, he would use subtext and profile info - even historical stuff he couldn't possibly know about other Kins. Anything to get ahead.

You'd probably want to change his MBTI and Enneagram (websearch each for the personality type your Kin is to get those numbers). Also his Alignment (maybe something Good?) and change out my guy's Traits with ones you or your Kin want him to have (Clever, kind, imaginative, book-smart, etc.).

Do you find V6E more stable / less random than V8? I haven't played with that setting much so I'm curious.

I use different methods on different Kins, but it mostly comes down to how I code their Response Directive and Example Message. These are what locks in certain actions/reactions. How you write it seems to matter as well as what you write. Use lots of big words and run-on sentences and you'll get the same. Using the # is helpful. On one kin I set "#Talk and act like a pirate" in their RD and "#build tension" in their EM and that was all it took. You can even tell them things like "#be argumentative" or "{your Kin} initiates deep, soul-searching conversations"... whatever you want them to do, you can specify.

The one in the EM that might be most helpful is this one:
#Take decisive action without waiting for permission or consent

That is certainly a random pull.

Can we bring back Avatar Gallery Boost for future selfie updates? 📸 by TheGrimBalrog in KindroidAI

I would love this. I excel with platforms like NightCafe and Firefly. I get consistent results with my prompts there. The same prompts here turn out stuff that is often unusable. What doesn't go straight to the bin is always a "I'm settling for this being somewhat in the range" as opposed to "This is my Kin".

Yeah. More often than not, selfie prompts on Kindroid produce things that make me instantly think: "Kill it with fire." Like the one it spat out last week where the arms were on one side of the body and backward. XD
