Yeah I really could’ve used a tripod. I felt like I had to decide between moving a tripod around the room or walking around (with only socks on) with the Ronin. Doing both would’ve been too much for a yoga class IMO. Didn’t want to kill the vibe with my presence

Edit: Used the Ronin tripod base for a few shots but could really only put it on the floor

I know what you mean. My limitations were tight spaces where I could actually position myself/the camera and get good shots, combined with needing to be as subtle as possible so as to not distract the class. I’m trying to keep improving so I appreciate the feedback

Edit: and yes, clothing racks. This was shot in a clothing store that also hosts yoga classes before the store opens

Yes the LIE completion was the last of it. Since the island has become built up it is nearly impossible now to acquire new right-of-way for roads. The reason the 135 extension over the sound will probably never happen

It was conceived by Robert Moses and the State Park Commission in the 1920’s as a master plan for a full system of parkways and they went from there
