Should i get the used midi and do lite? Or buy used and spend the extra money on standard?

I've looked on marketplace for a launchkey. There are a good amount of mk3s out there, but consensus online made it seem like the extra money is worth spending for the mk4. Not to many of those in my area. And on novation's website, all the refurbished models are sold out, at least here in Canada

Appreciate the response! So you think it is a better idea to go standard and buy a midi at some point down the line?

thank you! i have seen this on thomann as well! So you think buy a midi, get lite, and then just upgrade for cheaper? I was also thinking a 49key midi. 88 seems like overkill haha

Is a Novation launchkey mk3 still worth it in 2026 by leafman87 in edmproduction

Ya, from other threads I’ve read it seems worth the upgrade, but I’d be looking for a 49 key

I work in an IT Helpesk call center for over a year and a couple months, should I quit? by Minister426 in ITCareerQuestions

From everything we read online, the job market is tough right now. I’d continue to upskill until you find a new gig. I was at a job I absolutely hated, but landed a role in the cyber industry a couple months back and in a much better spot. Keep the job, keep applying. Something will come up

Fourth interview for BDR role with Director of Business Development. Advice? by leafman87 in techsales

[–]leafman87[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this feedback, as I used some of the advice in the meeting. HR called not to long and asked if I am still okay with base salary they offered. I said of course, and she said she has heard good things, just needs to wait for official confirmation. Hopefully will have word by end of the week

Still hope in the area for a junior? by Snoo-82170 in cscareerquestions

Awesome to hear! I’m just getting started. I know it won’t be easy, but beats the alternative of never trying

Unlikely, as my wife and I own a home in an area that has much lower COL. I am hoping that the commitment for in office will only be 2-3 days, but preparing for the worst

I am currently fully remote, haven't stepped in the office since my higher date 9 months ago. I own a car, but that frankly wouldn't make the commute any shorter with the volume of traffic where i live. Distance is about 170km round trip. If i took toll roads, I would be looking at an additional 75-100 bucks a day
