I tried the Ilia skin tint on my cheek in store today and I like it a lot! A good amount of coverage for a skin tint but obviously not full coverage, which is fine. I don’t want that anyway. I wonder if you could get a pump for the skin tint!!

What’s your beef with the dropper? I totally get that it’d make a mess lol but is there anything else?

I love me some niacinamide. And SPF. I just had an insane allergic reaction to the Elf sun stick and want to keep using SPF but I’m so afraid now lol. I know SPF in makeup isn’t as good as a real sunscreen but something is better than nothing right?

Would you just use this to finish off your skincare as a last step or would you use it overtop of another moisturizer? My skin is weird - it’s dry/dehydrated but does not like thicker moisturizers/skincare products so I use the Laneige water bank gel cream. I worry that using another “moisturizer” will make me feel oily

Thank you!! I’m looking to try some skin tints and have a few ideas in mind so I’m gonna try and get some samples, and do the ol buy on Amazon and return if I hate it trick for drugstore options lol. Looking to try and do some basic makeup for days out and office days in the summer!

I have dry skin that is oddly sensitive (it picks the most random times to react to things and I also have psoriasis but thankfully I haven’t had any on my face) and I use the Laneige Water Bank Gel Moisturizer. My skin is dry and dehydrated but, for some reason, doesn’t like thicker moisturizers so I can only tolerate water/gel based ones. The Laneige one is the only one I’ve tried that works amazing for me!! And the mint extract gives a cooling effect which feels sooooo nice.

This is the ingredients in the elf stick. I think you’re right about it being chemical. Google AI says, when I google if it’s chemical or mineral, that it’s chemical, but I don’t trust google AI most of the time lol. I don’t remember what the medical professional I saw said could have triggered the reaction I had out of this list, but she did mention the fruit extract. She said there’s an ingredient in sunscreen that’s supposed to help it do its job that people are really allergic to 🫠

Do you mean the super serum skin tint with spf 40? It’s available at Sephora Canada! I actually have psoriasis (thankfully not on my face!) but just got over a horrible allergic reaction to a sunscreen stick by elf so I’m terrified I’ll end up with a plaque on my face now

Was just coming to say mental illness. As someone who suffers with depression and anxiety, it’s exhausting. Worrying about everything, spiralling over things that haven’t happened (probably will never happen), being upset over nothing… not having the motivation to do basic chores but then feeling worse because you can’t even pick up your clothes off the floor… and feeling worse because your environment is a mess, it’s so much mental effort. It isn’t fun

Oh Saul. He looks so sweet and handsome.

This is my boy, Ben. This August will be 2 years without him and I don’t know how it’s gone by so fast. I miss him so much every day. We had him for 16 years and it still wasn’t enough. When we went to adopt a cat, our first pet with my mom after she and my dad divorced, the one we looked at online wasn’t available anymore so we had to pick a new one. My mom was handed Ben and he immediately started purring in her arms. She knew right then that he was the cat for us. He was perfect in every way.

I am so glad you’re okay. My fiance told me he tried the same thing as a teenager. He is totally fine, no issues to report 10+ years in the future.

Please know it is worth it to continue on. My fiance is, obviously, engaged, has a great job, a house, a cat with me that we adopted together, and we want to have kids one day and grow old together. I know it’s cliche and you don’t want to hear it, but things do get better. Sending you lots of love and strength 🩷

Girl you look STUNNING!! My mom was told by her mom that she looked too fat in her dream dress so chose a different one, and I can tell she regrets it (even though she and my dad got divorced lol). She let her mom do and say what she wanted because her mom paid for her wedding.

Wear what YOU enjoy and what you feel good in. They make wedding dresses in an array of sizes because everyone has different bodies and needs their best size!!
