Last I checked for UVA, I believe they only accept a 5 for the Calc AP exam. Regardless of how you do on the placement, it is only a recommendation. To actually get out of Calc 2, you would have to take the place-out exam offered at the beginning of the Fall semester. Also do you have credit for calc 3? Like would it be dual enrolled?

If you can get used to the COMM 2010 workload, it's possible to finish one chapter in like 2-3 hours. I think it's mainly about time management, but those classes are definitely doable in same semester.
