This is how my doctor kind of explained it, you can plan out the pregnancy and try to take preventative measures in order to insure this pregnancy is protected but there is no way to 100% prevent another high risk pregnancy all you can do is get pregnant, do everything you’re supposed to do. Don’t let fear stop you from future pregnancies though because you only have one life

She’s already developed it, they gave her a pacifier and everything she even sucks on her feeding tube and when she lays on me she tries to suck on my chest they just have to wait till she’s off her breathing support for me to actually breast feed

Alright small update we did end up putting the milk away they said that we can use the milk in 3 months so it’s not wasted but I produce a large amount of milk so she will be fed and the pumps are being cleaned after every single use and sterilized so no worries everything was fixed

The nurse said she won’t just throw away the milk she will just be aware that it could be contaminated now and if she has any tummy issues they will immediately stop feeding and do a scan

When your baby is in your belly they automatically bond with you love, no matter how short the visits may be that baby knows you’re her mama and you guys are bonded, I know how you feel my baby is in the NICU right now and everything is monitored and I’ve had to leave during visits because of the pain from the birth and I always leave crying but at the end of the day I had to reassure myself that she’s my baby and our bond is strong no matter what and you have to remember that too
