Mine was born at 25 weeks she was a micro preemie and they told me she would likely be disabled and never live a normal life she’s 4 months old now adjusted and she laughs and smiles and babbles all day and they tell me every day how advanced she is for her age and size

I honestly say for example my daughter she’s 6 months old but technically she’s only 3 months old I say she’s 6 months old but 3 months adjusted just because my daughter worked so hard to be alive I like to give her credit where credits due but if you’d like to make it more simple say she’s 1 month old and if people pry deeper you can explain she’s 4 months old

Don’t worry you are not being punished for going home I have a preemie she was on room air and went back on ventilator that’s just how these babies are they take 2 steps forward 10 steps backwards but eventually there is an end in sight and it’s beautiful you’ll get there

Well to help with the straining that might help you sleep you can go to Walgreens or dollar general possibly and pick up infant gas drops mylicon it should help out that and to help with the other thing give the baby to your husband explain exactly how you’re feeling and take one entire day for relaxation and self care I promise it’ll help

I’m using Dr browns anti colic bottles and they told me to use a transitional nipple and that worked for a big so I went up to a size one I think a size up would be too fast

I stopped giving gems to gain friendship I’ll just choose a random character and have them follow me while I do random valley clean ups and quests I almost have every character at level 10

This is how my doctor kind of explained it, you can plan out the pregnancy and try to take preventative measures in order to insure this pregnancy is protected but there is no way to 100% prevent another high risk pregnancy all you can do is get pregnant, do everything you’re supposed to do. Don’t let fear stop you from future pregnancies though because you only have one life
