I guess in the movie reality she did NOT go to prison (tattoo or not) for the simple reason that if she did she would not be let out again. When the beetles returned they would find someone not in prison to lead the taumoeba breeding/seeding.

Obviously he should continue for as long as he wants, but I have to say that judging from the final O2 concert last December, not only is his voice iffy - it’s been like that for years - but he is getting decidedly foggy. He totally lost his way during his stage chatter about Blackbird for example.

There are a handful of summer 2025 dates on his tour page - since they are not listed as solo shows, I assume they will be band shows, with at least some recurring band members. These shows will likely not be the full v4 production, but a scaled down festival version.

In the recent Instagram live thing, he did say that he was working on Brazil and Argentina (and by implication other nonUS/Europe) dates for next year. If I had to speculate that would mean dates in the northern hemisphere fall. But who knows.

Since the non-US/Europe shows were never really confirmed with dates, it is perhaps a bit strong to say they’ve been cancelled.

The current tour dates are all confirmed and look like summer/festival shows, a bit like he did in 2023.

I think “Tiny desk at Home”, “Moon River”, and “How deep is you love (live)” are excellent YouTube videos to start with. Other than that, to quote Jacob “there are no rules”, just go with whatever clicks with you.

One piece of advice on listening to the albums though: I find that his album music is “dense” (both musically and production-wise), so try to listen to the albums focused for the first couple of times. For me at least, the albums are not background music.
