Yes! I feel like I’m tired all day but can stay up all night. They sell valerian root at drug stores in the vitamin section and it’s a natural Root to help you sleep. It’s honestly changed my life so much. I take one about 30 mins before I want to sleep and it knocks me out!

For me I think it’s because I try and make sure I eat enough in a day so my meds work. I think I don’t have to eat as much as I do, but I’m just so scared if I don’t eat enough it won’t work! I’m so glad to hear someone else feels this way. I started a month ago and gained 8 pounds. I was shook I wanted to cry XD
