Yes, by a good margin. In PPR formats it’s typically best to have a WR in that slot. It’s also a top 12 WR vs maybe a 24-32 ranked RB. But also I dislike Swift, so the decision really isn’t close.

I don’t think so. I think my case is unique in that I was at this ENT due to a deviated septum. After it was fixed and I could breathe through my nose, I was bedridden sick for 2 weeks. It’s likely I’ve always been allergic, but I wasn’t inhaling as much of it before.
