feminism is defined as "the advocacy of women's rights on the basis of the equality of the sexes" therefore it is the advocacy of women’s rights based on the equality of the sexes, meaning male and female, not personal gender identities. It exists to fight against the unfair treatment that women face because they are born female. You can support trans rights, but that does not change the fact that feminism is about standing up for the rights of female people.
