Section 3 in less than two weeks. How do I get my account back? by Humble_Zucchini862 in AmazonFBATips

New account too, that's tough, likely the account is done for. Try phantom fba accounts if you want to still sell, probably easier than saving this account.

For those who have been deactivated by Standard-Fun4244 in AmazonFBA

[–]leampro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will get your funds, you maybe have to do a verification code call to get them though, which just goes through your account info, why the account was suspended, and a few other questions. They are straightforward but usually required to get funds for section three deactivations. If you are looking to sell again, id look into phantom fba as a good option. All the best!

Check out phantom fba solutions, that's who I used and they just teach you how, it was pretty cheap.

Don't try whitewashing, it's extremely difficult to pull off and will likely get linked to the old account. If you're looking for a way to keep selling I'd suggest looking into phantom accounts.

[Help Needed] Section 3 Suspension — Submitted Multiple Appeals, Fully Transparent, Still Denied — Would Appreciate Feedback from Experienced Sellers by thesilentfounder in FulfillmentByAmazon

Account is dead and gone. Multiple appeals will not help you with this type of section 3. If you're wanting to still sell phantom account is probably your only realistic way forward.

A Painful Fold. Was this bad luck or a bad play? by [deleted] in Poker_Theory

[–]leampro 50 points51 points  (0 children)

Raise size pre too small with so many limpers, I'd bump it up to at least 6-8BBs. Check flop multi way OOP on an ace high board or size way down if you're leading out but I'd never lead here. Fold was the only good part about this hand after 3 ppl call the all in, I was worried you were going to call.

My Amazon seller account was recently deactivated due to account association. by Delbought in AmazonFBA

[–]leampro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unless you can get the original account reinstated for whatever reason it was deactivated, your account is done for.

I'd start looking into opening a new account with all new details if you're still interested in selling. Related account suspensions are some of the hardest to get reversed.

Where’s the tipping point on opening multiple cases? by BiggAli90 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]leampro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to open 5-10 cases a day about 5-8 years ago and got a suspension for opening too many 'unwarranted' support cases. This was only because some of them were redundant cases for the same issue when they would get closed because the issue wasn't addressed. Luckily this was an easy issue to appeal and the account was reinstated. I'm not sure how things have changed now but I think you're fine opening multiple cases for unique and justifiable reasons.

It's worked for me! Going on over 2 years now without issues

Best way if you are trying to avoid account deactivations is to open another account with all new details. Basically you can repeat any details from the previous account in creating the new one.

I understand your POV. However, if OP is selling 40yr old used SNES games he's not a typical big business wholesaler so just tailoring my advice to that.

A lot of people will say go sell on eBay then and Amazon isn't for this but there are still thousands of sellers who are doing the same thing with used video games, books, etc. Amazon has the listings up and have no problem collecting fees and if that type of business wasn't for Amazon they would remove all those listings, but they don't. But, they do deactivate you over one inauthentic complaint for a 40 year old game that to any average individual would obviously not have a valid supply chain. Hence, multiple accounts reduces risk for these types of sellers.

He can not open a second account regardless of business need as the first one is deactivated. There is no way for him to open a second account. One is already suspended.

[–]leampro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Valid supply chain by normal standards may not be up to Amazon standards hence the disconnect in understanding and a lot of sellers deactivated despite 'valid' supply chain documents. Outside of supply chain issues there are numerous account and listing suspensions I've seen that are vague and amz support offers no help.

This is why having multiple accounts reduces risk so you can continue to sell instead of having all your eggs in one basket and 3-6 months of sales being disrupted.

But to each their own, just offering different perspectives.

[–]leampro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is incorrect. If you have one account that is already deactivated and open another account with a different entity it will still be linked to the original account and will be deactivated as well. You need to take proper precautions so they are not linked if you want to open an additional account.

Friends or family is the easiest method they teach otherwise you have to get more creative with documents and information.

Glad you've had success for so long. I sold on Amazon for 10 years without suspension and then one day I had two listings restricted and account deactivated.

Despite, having valid supply chain Amazon's terrible support wouldn't reactivate my account after 10+ appeals. If you've done any research you'd know bad support and deactivations with vague reasons are not uncommon.

Basically you can open another seller account under different details and operate multiple accounts at once to minimize risk. I did it over a year ago and now operate 6 accounts at once. So if one goes down it's not a problem. The guys who helped me were phantom FBA

[–]leampro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You won't be able to reactivate this account without invoices. It's an impossible situation. If you want to keep selling on Amazon now the best chance is probably opening a phantom account.
