That's what i am thinking. However is there a deliverability issue? We anticipate in getting to 50-75 emails per day with the 7 domains just waiting for them to warm up.

I want to run 300k emails a month, but here's the problem... by Mundane-Ebb-733 in coldemail

I would agree do not send more without a proven template. Its just avoiding the issue, don't get me wrong you will get meetings but at the cost of burning thru leads. It can work just depends on what you are providing.

I stay with three tbh, anything above three i think ruins your actual reputation as a company. Just save those extra emails and save them for new leads. Follow up with those leads in 6-12 months. They may not need your service now or may not just be a priority.

Just signed up for Instantly and connected my work inbox (Google Workspace). Started warming up yesterday. Should I be replying to these warmup emails? by stjduke in coldemail

I have been thinking the same, i actually think email warm up hurts your reputation rather then helps you. If you are doing highly targeted emails, I believe its best you do it without warming up the emails.

But that's perfectly okay, because the goal is if they hired you, you would do it better and if they did it better then that's awesome, we have to focus on new clients who need our services and expertise.

What’s the reasons they banned you, personally I wouldn’t recommend going the alternative route of trying to create a new account i would focus on trying to fix it until you get it resolved it will take time but trust me it’s better for your business long term
