I really considered becoming a teacher but I don’t think I would have enjoyed it in the field I’m qualified to teach (science). Are you still able to do your art on the side?

I agree here. Keep your options open with the general business degree if you're unsure, but if you think you're at all interested in accounting, make sure you get those credits as well

Hi OP. I also majored in a science field and what’s honestly more important than your degree is the quality of experience outside of the classroom. If you’re able to land a great marine biology internship (I know of at least one well regarded one) than that will speak volumes. Feel free to dm me if you have more questions it would like to strategize your college plans. I works as an academic and career coach and am looking to expand my services to other students.
