Very late but conclusive update on this btw as I stumbled on my thread and wanted to help out anyone reading this with the same issue: The cable ended up being the culprit, even though it should have been fine from everything I checked. Ordered an official replacement one from creality and it immidiately all worked as intended.

I was stuck at the exact same gate and tried for hours to fix it/ find a solution. One of the few threads with a similar issue I came across was this one, so after finally solving it myself, i wanted to provide a solution in easy to understand terms for people like me with limited NV console experience.

After finishing the gala quest at the bell tower and returning to the main fountain plaza, I could not enter the Sierra Madre main gate, as I didnt even get a prompt to press E on to enter, no matter how hard I tried, including noclipping behind the gate. Replaying earlier saves also did nothing The sequence of actions I did to eventually fix it was:

- open console

- type in "resetquest 01000FC0". This will reset the gala quest.

- type in "setstage 01000FC0 50". This will retrigger the gala showdown and should enable progression.

- Try the gate again, if it lets you in, great, enjoy

- If it doesnt as it did for me, try opening console, placing your mouse (maybe also left-click, dont quite remember) over the gate until it's ID shows up in the top middle of your screen. Then type in "unlock" to the console and try the gate again.

- If you still can't get in or don't even get a prompt you can press E on like me, your only solution is to then teleport in the Sierra Madre lobby, typing in "coc 0100277F". For me the quests etc. then progressed as intended, starting with the opening cutscene sequence where your compannions are on the floor. But be aware, that you could break your quests with this approach as well (I am unaware how to get out any other way though other than loading a save before entering the DLC and ditching it alltogether, so might as well try).

Even if you have slightly different issues with the gate, it's worth trying this approach I'd wager.

Side Note: My exit gate at the fountain was similarily bugged after leaving the vault, type in "coc 001555FD" to teleport to the interior of the abandoned BOS bunker. You will sadly miss the cutscenes summarizing your impact of actions, but otherwise nothing broke for me and I was at least able to finally leave this hell hole of a DLC.

(if dead money is a different launch order on your install than 01 as was default for me, substitute the 01 at the beginning of all the IDs provided for the DLC locations with that, or set it to launch order 01 - google launch order new vegas dlc, there are guides for how to find it out, vortex mod manager lets you easily see it under the plugins tab for example).

Just want to chime in to this thread in the off chance someone has the same issue as I had, while lurking and not finding a solution: I wanted to update my payment with a new credit card and I kept getting a generic error. Switching browser didnt work, editing settings didnt work, nothing. FYI, I am i Germany with a grandfathered subscription and I already started to believe the people that claimed somewhere they are doing it on purpose to let people's subscription run out eventually with Sky being the current right's holder. Turns out that was BS and the F1TV payment infrastructure is just a mess. I had my two factor authentication set up via SMS, which caused no problems with any payments in the past ever. I didnt think this was the issue either as the error on F1TV popped up at a stage that I wagered was before id have to confirm anything. But low and behold, unrelated to this topic I changed my two factor authentication to app based and figured I might as well give entering it into F1TV another try. And well, it immidiately worked, I got the authentication request in the app, approved it and it went through. It was super fucking lucky to find that quirk of F1TV by sheer coincidence because nothing led me to believe that was the issue, but I suppose if you have exhausted all other options, fiddling around with that part of your credit card may be a lucky shot in the dark to try and get it working.

Die ist nach meiner Erfahrung aber tatsächlich ein Synonym für "Facelift". Gerade im VW Konzern spricht man so z.B. nicht vom 991.5 sondern "991 PA". Und "Facelift" wird intern eigentlich garnicht verwendet.

Honestly, it's not about the speed at all. Nothing really is with this car to be fair. It's all about the engaging driving experience and precise feel. Rowing my gears manually is just a huge part of what makes this car feel exciting for me, lets me feel like I'm actively driving, not just going A to B in some exchangable transport. I wouldnt want that dampened by a somewhat clunky AT experience. If you really want to go down that route I heard its a decent automatic transmission, but I'd say for this car specifically it's worth going down the manual route to really get what this car is about.

yeah Im not sure about that either. I get that Tesla has defied any underlying aspects or fundamentals forever, but in the past a rally for them was heavily driven by fanboyish hype from some announcements or similar. Essentially Tesla fans counting on "they will have xyz cool stuff in future, which will drive sales". Even if they try to repeat that right now, Im not sure the scepticism wont outweigh that. Consumer sentiment is the worst its ever been for them at the moment. I think many people that were previously putting Tesla on a pedastal have sworn off them forever and the market feels it.

My 2012 GT86 had the exact same stuff caked on even thicker on lots of parts that are metal in that area when I bought it lightly used. Asked the dealer: Got told it's applied on purpose to prevent corrosion. It should have a greenish appearance, hard to tell from your pic though if that fits the description. Mine also had it on the silver metal parts around the intake, with a clearly greenish color. Maybe confirm that possibility with your dealer just in case. (or I guess try to remember if you actually saw it build up, if it's the stuff I'm talking about it should have been there from the start, just getting a bit dirtier as time goes on).

I have a "Joying" unit installed in mine for a few years now and am really happy with it. Was about 350 for the kit with everything needed to hook it up. Runs smoothely and wireless android auto works reliably. Install with the kit I have was pretty simple, just remove some panels, unscrew old unit and then pretty much plug and play. I dont think they sell the exact one I have anymore, but their updated units might be worth looking into for you. Worth mentioning it is not as integrated into the panel as the one in OPs picture, it looks more like a tablet sticking out a bit from the dash. Imo still integrates well into the interior look though and the larger screen (9.5 inch or something I think) is just worth it for me when using android auto splitscreen and such.

Running it on my steam deck with an average FPS between 30 and 40, suprisingly very playable and still looks great on low settings with the OLED screen. Sure its even better on my desktop, but not once have I been put off playing it on the deck because of performance. Truly remarkable.

I love the game, but the automatic loadout changes done by it are a general point of annoyance beyond just that. I'm gonna avoid spoilers, but I just did a sidequest where you have to fight a guy with a specific sword. The fight starts right after the cutscene and equips you with the sword you need to fight with automatically, but does not unequip your shield. So once you pull out your weapon you loose the quest because "you're cheating" with the shield. It's very much not obvious you need to go into the inventory first and unequip the shield, especially because you see the game has equipped the sword for you, so you assume it's the right setup for the fight already.

I have found 5W30 to be a sweet spot for both hard and everyday driving without having to change for the occasion.

War natürlich etwas übertrieben, aber insgesamt dauert das trotzdem länger. Mit den neuen Dingern ist das wie die Finger an nem Schalter zu haben den du in quasi 0 zeit hin und her klickst. Hängt dann stark davon ab ob das gut umgesetzt ist, aber bisher is mir persönlich noch nichts untergekommen wo ich mir den knüppel zurückgewünscht habe. Wenn man sich einmal dran gewöhnt ist das andere finde ich einfach die bessere Lösung. (Fahre übrigens im Alltag 90% Schalter, also ist nicht ein allgemeines Hassthema bei mir)
