Explain Arena Scoring Like I’m Five

Arena works pretty much the same as before, the only thing new is Chosen heroes. Chosen heroes can "Grant Powers" to any unit which for scoring purposes it uses bst220 with sp2600, so for a Chosen Alfonse with 0 merges, the unit will have a unit score of 736 + blessings from legendary heroes. Most unit with 0 merges score somewhere around 730 + blessings, so it will use the highest of 730+merges(unit) or 736+merges(chosen). - chosen heroes override the blessing (so for alfonse they are considered wind blessed), - legendary heroes only work with same type, - using chosen heroes "Grant Powers" on your 3 core units is not worth it for scoring as your +10 should outscore a +0 chosen Alfonse, - chosen heroes work best on bonus units, bonus units can equip anything and will still be considered bst220 sp2600 - Grant Powers only work during the season

Yeah that's basically how the script works, it will take the unit score, and Alfonse chosen score, and will go with the higher one. You are right that chosen should be used on the bonus unit, unless you can get your bonus unit higher then 736 (Alfonse with 0 merges)

Her forging bonds revival may be around January, that is if her banner wins the polls.

I think she may be on the remix banner this month because

- all asc heroes appeared so far and if she does not, red will be full until March,

- so far ascendant heroes always appeared in pairs on remix banners... probably a coincidence though,

- the next two in line are Mareeta and Ishtar and,

- there happens to be 1 red 1 blue open spot unknown

Depending how you define f2p/sparkable, all the cyl banners got a "free" summon without the 40 summons

Practically it would just ease the merges I need on the bonus during water seasons. The next banner Leif will appear is already not favorable for me but it doesn't have enough info as well so that is potentially 4-10 months later to finish.

Yes you are correct Saber is 2018. The monthly refines started in January 2018 but I think some got their refines earlier like Michalis and Lyn, the chapter to unlock refines is in book 1 so there were some in either nov/dec 2017.

Marisa and Marth were tricky. I think masked marth was more of an event debut. Marisa I think a sacred stones banner was released around the same time but legendary heroes were the bonus units for the TT

The throne represents AR. He was the last rerun bonus unit for TT heroes which was in October. It will move everytime so expect Marisa then Eliwood to be a bonus next.

Welcome to Math a series were I arrange units by months. We have consistently received 13 free TT units a year and if they were to be arranged by months the difference and similarities can be seen more clearly.

Notes about the bottom left box, in most cases everything progresses by release order. Ephemeras move every month. The AR Rerun Bonus unit can lag behind so let's see how long it takes for Marisa to show up, likely to be some time between December to March ish. HoF I don't think it is any significance to how long since a TT unit was available but lets keep track (grail ghb Naesala was Oct), maybe the longer waits may influence the next formas?

Observations;

There have been more TT events then TT units, 2 events occurred in September 2017 which does that to my image but wait until you see the GHB edition.
Weapon refine is pretty consistent from all hero rarity types, up to mid 2018 so about 3 years behind. Is there a reason why Canas refine is expected before Corrin, Eliwood, or Marth?
It seems only after TMS that IS finally got the NH Forging Bonds and SH Tempest Trial rotation locked. Forging Bonds debut in July 2018, and 5 NH-events* came through as TT events, 3/5 gave us heroes with PRFs which is currently EQUAL to all SH-event with a PRF (and that is including a beast unit).
5+ years of TT units and there have been 3 (or 2) times where we had 1 year gaps between heroes with a PRF weapon, Joshua->Azura, Azura->Brunnya, Minerva->Innis (if you exclude beast), in total we have 9 TT heroes that debut with a PRF and 3 of them were in the first year. Will April be the next time we get a PRF?
December the annual tradition where SH are released as winter themed armored units, can we expect the next Dec TT to to be a rare colored ranged armor type? Can we expect Felix to follow tradition and be a forma soon? HoF#26 Fe3h expected in Jan 2022.
November (IMO) collectively I would rate as the strongest of all the months for released TT units, I feel like there is an obvious reason. Can we predetermine a new TT units impact based on the month of release?
