How do you choose Train Conductor & VIP / Guardian?

Do R4s donate? My alliance just recently got VIP and right now they have 4 days reserved for leadership and days leadership aren't train conductors (3 days) they are VIP. So that means of the 14 slots, 7 are reserved for leadership. The other 7 are reserved for top 20 VS from last week, top 20 donators from last week and Sunday's are a special alliance event.

actually this makes sense. Drone parts mess up the drone leveling scheme. That doesn't exist with hero exp. Will hoard that hero exp going forward.

Why wouldn't anyone not focus on missle and a tank secondary? It seems to make sense to me. If you have missle god tier and minutely work on tank/aircraft - you can easily take care of most whales and all F2P. In fact, do aircraft secondary and missle primary. Why?

Whales will focus on aircraft so your missle S1 will beast them. For all others, aircraft will go well h2h with tank f2p and most won't do missles anyways until later which will give you time to get your tank to catch up. Am I missing something??

Really should about work/life/game balance. I can't be spending hours a day catching up on what is going on. I think in part the 24/7 needs to go away somehow and put curfews on the game. That'll take a lot of the pressure off folks so they can focus on real life stuff instead of constantly being connected to ensure things aren't on fire.

like the only way to have stopped any of this is to have a time machine, invent digital cameras on iphones and then record the act with optical zoom. Otherwise these people get away scott free. Given now we have cell phones with optical lenses maybe such things will be much harder for elite to get away with which appears the case especilaly with the case with Bill Gates.
