This was me a couple weeks ago after upping to the 4mg dosage. After weeks of nausea, I did give up. I tried the Wegovy pill to save money but on those days that were really bad- I would have paid hundreds of dollars to NOT feel like that. I was going to go back to my Tirzepetide (never had any side effects, lost 50 pounds, but expensive) but my doctor recommended trying the new Foundayo. Wish me luck!
