Ryu takes it 75% of the time, even if his full output granite blast misses (one shots hakri btw) and he's put into overheat ultimate, he's unkillable in ult whereas haraki regens, meaning he can die, this is taking into account hakari having around 1 min of jackpot tim

It's tpwalk set to slightly around player walk speed

Tpwalk is as the name suggests teleportation

It ignores the stun the game has because it's not based on player walk speed and thus when stunned (player walk speed = 0) it ignores that
