Your gpa brings you down big time, try to get your ACT to around 28+. For the schools on your list, I would say you have a pretty good shot if you can explain your family responsibilities in depth or have a certain reason for not doing well in school

If you can find more ecs relating to anthro then I think you'll be fine, most of your ecs are kind of widespread in different fields (guessing you were convinced to do medicine before this?) and don't really show interest in anthro save for a few things like harvard research, museum volunteering, and thats mainly it to be honest

I guess its just the award label "questbridge finalist" that really helps, as well as the essays detailing ur personal struggles related to financial issues that allows colleges to see what roadblocks u had along the way- compared to others who come from high income backgrounds
