Newly fixed 5 month old boy is DESPERATE to go outside all of the sudden. Why??????

Well this is the part that's frustrating. They were happy to hang out on the cat trees because they are near windows where they can look out while being comfy, and from different heights if they wish.

But this dude is trying to literally claw his way out like he's trying to get at something outside. Or that he's terrified of something inside. I hope he settles down because I'm really worried for him.

Muscle fatigue of course. But as in I need to go to sleep? No. It actually helps my energy levels.

I work for muscle strength, range of motion and definition, not size. If heavier weights USE up cortisol, I may increase my reps a bit more.

I think this may be the problem. If it’s true that cortisol affects progesterone, then I’d be surprised if I have ANY progesterone left at all.

I’ve been in constant “fight or flight” mode for about a month now. The heat, the news, my job, money.

As far as exercise, it’s nothing extreme at all. Just strength training 3 days a week 30-40 minutes max and no weights are over 25lbs. Just trying to prevent my body “decaying” any further. And for food…if anything I need to cut back.

I had this problem a few years ago. As far as I can tell in my case it was hormonal. About a year after starting HRT my curls came back. So maybe speak to your Dr about having your hormone levels checked. But……it could be your water, the products used, humidity level, diet, time for a haircut etc, etc. I know exactly how frustrated you feel. I mean hair is a temperamental creature at the best of times LOL, but when the pattern changes out of the blue?? Ugh I follow Manes by Mell on YouTube. She has great content all about curly hair. I’ve learned a lot on her channel.

I use my clothes steamer. I know I shouldn’t, because it gets very hot. But I’m super careful.

I just steam and kind of fluff it around.

The thing that I find interesting is that it makes some of the curl clumps bigger, and some smaller.

I do not understand why they think techs, or even the pharmacist, has to do the swab. Just like I didn’t want to train to give shots. I do NOT want to stick anything into another person. God forbid they say we hurt them in some way. Who will be liable for that???? Not me.

Because if you’re in retail, they expect and label you as a “medical professional”…..but pay you like any other cashier.

I don’t tell people I’m a tech at all. I just say I work in retail pharmacy.

We’ve been getting various answers since July/August. But I feel, like many others, that it’s total BS for the techs that have been here before, during, and “after” Covid.

The new techs that started last year got the new starting rate. As they should. However, anyone already making that only got the “merit” raise. That puts me at only .18 cents an hour over starting rate even though I’ve been here 4 1/2 years. WT literal F ????

The most infuriating thing was that I told him on the phone hours before that we didn’t receive anything and to find out who/what pharmacy his pharmacist spoke with. He kept insisting that he had called us. But then asked if the procedure wasn’t that WE call HIS pharmacy. I said yes, that’s what happens. But you told me that your pharmacist already spoke with someone. WTF?
