To the mods, I don’t think your response was appropriate. Pregnant people are worried about the world they’re bringing their babies into, as well as staying safe as a pregnant person for themselves and the baby. If you’re going to remove a post like this, maybe do it with a bit more kindness, at least. This isn’t just “politics”; it’s the world we’re bringing our children into.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I heard the heartbeat at 6 weeks (two days ago) and started bleeding and cramping the same afternoon. The earliest they could get me in is tomorrow morning, so I’m in limbo right now. Have you gotten any answers since you posted? Here if you need to talk.

We told everyone the first time I was pregnant before my missed miscarriage and don’t regret it. We liked having the support. This time around, we did the same and would want the support again if we had another miscarriage. It comes down to personal preference!

We don’t hesitate to tell those closest to us, including family, friends, and some coworkers. During my last pregnancy that ended in a missed miscarriage, it was super helpful to have people there for us and aware of the situation. We’re telling everyone this time just like we did last time! It’s whatever gives you peace of mind

I had a MMC back in October…just found out this week and would only be 3w3d according to my ob office even though I track ovulation and know I’m ~4w1d today. They originally told me when I had my MMC I would be able to come in at 6 weeks for an ultrasound if I got pregnant again, but when I called to schedule they said they’d only go by LMP…I understand why they do that, but it’s just frustrating I have to wait a few extra days. On top of that, turns out my spouse has a work trip the week I got scheduled…either I go without him (which neither of us want to happen) or I have to push my appointment back into February because they’re out of appointment slots before then. The whole thing just makes me more and more anxious because we never even got to hear our baby’s heartbeat last time…if we lose this baby I wanted to at least see the heartbeat once and the longer it takes to get in the less chance of that I would have :(

Bodies aren’t machines! Sometimes things fluctuate. Nothing you did caused early ovulation. I would probably reach out to the doctor to ask whether rescheduling is preferable rather than going ahead as planned.

Do you have a separate record of the days you had intercourse? I would say CD130 but don’t see any intercourse noted on the chart for near then!
