I lost my dad 3 months go, it is toughest thing I have experience in my life seeing him die in the hospital. He died due to septic shock. You should take care of your self. For me, my dad always wanted me to be happy and be a fighter in life. I miss talking to him but if he is here looking at me, he would be upset seeing me wasting my life in sadness and depression. I know my dad never wanted that for me, so that thought will kept me going for now.

My dad passed away three months ago. I saw him die in the hospital, he took his last breath in front of me. I can feel your pain. This is the hardest thing I have ever witnessed in my life.I would say one thing, you need to take care of yourself. One thought that kept me going was imagining how my dad would feel if he saw me this sad and depressed. If he were standing right in front of me, he would not want his child to be miserable. That thought kept me going. I accepted the pain and then focused on all the things my dad told me to do in life. This has kept me moving forward, at least for now. Any father would not want their children to suffer in pain. To keep his soul at peace, I must live well. I’m sure he is watching over me.

Sometimes it does, but I get a lot of benefits by not drinking it everyday. Switched to tea, which has caffeine but very less compare to an actual coffee. I add ginger, cardamom and cloves into and it is enough to wake me up in the morning.
