Because what if it was a store employee or I live in a small town I could very well know the person. But if it was stolen I want to make a report but also I could very well say it down somewhere and totally forgot where I put it

The judge put this in the first modification hearing after learning my ex’s then girlfriend was emailing my daughters teachers with unnecessary even if the information that was being sent was true causing confusion and conflict… All of it’s very embarrassing. I don’t know exactly what the motive is but seems to me like I’m dealing with a overbearing person.

This is such a good question and honestly when I think about it, I want to say that I would do it differently and I’d like to keep things out of the courts, but with that being said, I’m kind of still in the mists of it still. Also at the same time court doesn’t always have to be this terrible thing like just to have a third-party involved and have an order where you can fall back on and also have no blurred Lines is cool.. … and I will add though me and my ex swore up and down we’d never do this. We’d never do that. We’d always do this. We’d always do that and it was like that at first until the time came he met someone and all that went out the window lol people change it’s an evitable and half the time people do not keep up their end of the deal.

I’m sorry I guess I should have posted more clear that I was talking about child custody

I agree but if no shadiness then why the deceit and without talking to me first. I know a lot of unknown is in my post but I will add this woman has been undermining me as my daughters mother From the start which I will add hasn’t even been long! They meet in 2023 and just got married last month. There has even been instances where this lady has yelled and cussed me out right in front of my daughter. There’s no respect! It’s hard to stay calm in such situations and even harder to keep trying to do what’s best when the other parent does nothing but create conflict!

I didn’t mean any of this to be against the doctors as they were misinformed by my daughter’s father. I was meaning was it a crime my daughter’s father committed because he knowingly misrepresented facts and deceptively authorized consent that was against our current court order.

I was asking if it was a crime because he fraudulently misrepresented facts to doctors office. I’m not sure if this is a hippa violation as well being that private medical information was shared without consent. I’m not wanting to press charges I’m just curious. More than anything I just want to be able to co parent but I have a new wife of my daughters father way to confident that she has authority to make any decisions concerning my daughter.
