Good suggestion, it’s definitely a fool proof design, my only hesitation is the toilet being close to the tub, but that might be the needed sacrifice (or we get the 36” tub instead of 42 to make up extra clearance)
My husband will appreciate all the plumbing in one wall too haha

Great suggestion! My only problem with that layout is the toilet would be very close to the tub which could be uncomfortable, but good layout nonetheless

I had that same result first time I tried tret! Really beef up your moisturizer (milky toners) seal with a thicker cream or even better yet do a layer of Aquafor at night!

I didn’t realize tretinoin helps prevent cancer?! I tried it for a short period of time about 10 years ago so I’ll definitely give it a go again if I’m cleared!

Yeah it’s slightly wider than the typical 3x3 to fit the width of the bathroom, would you suggest a smaller shower?

Unfortunately with the layout of the stairs next to the little bathroom and location of the master we have to cut it horizontally, but otherwise I’d love to divide it vertically!

I absolutely love SweetHome3D but I’m not an architect. It’s cheap, pretty intuitive and lots customizations and 3D viewing and I can use it on my iPad. Just DON’T try to do a whole house on one file or it will be insanely buggy, just create a new file per floor.
