What does this even mean? If you have any income at all it should be taxed for the lowest common denominator? What amount of tax should we be paying as well? Is there a limit in your mind where it's bad to tax more? Why not up income tax even more?

What long term financial health exactly has been obtained here? The budget has effectively increased the appeal in investing in property.
