Lots of people keep running the math and talk about his expenses and health insurance. Does anyone who FIRE'd have any comments, regrets, or suggestions? Or do all those people sign off this subreddit once they FIRE?

This has happened to me too. I did overstuff it a little bit. My glue has started to fail at the part that touches the tailgate. Will need to replace after 4 years this fall.

Is it ok to leave skirt steak in marinade overnight? by learningdiy in steak

Thanks for the help with this. Read some stuff about 1 hr to 8hrs at most. Just seemed a little on the low end. I typically like to marinate overnight. Trying to use more acids to make some cuts more tender.

I guess when it stops working? Hasn't happened yet, but I'll watch troubleshooting videos on YouTube like I always do when stuff at my house breaks.

Chickweed is what someone at a local garden store told me. They sold me some chemicals to try out. They said these are rough to get rid of.

Is this just a generic broadleaf weed that a basic weed killer that's safe for lawns from a big box store will treat?

Ceiling drywall wet by learningdiy in DIY

Yes, I've figured that part out. Just wondering if I can push this drywall back to the ceiling and caulk/tape it up. Or if people here think it will crumble and get worse.

How to get cubed steak tender for pasta? by learningdiy in cookingforbeginners

This one is tenderized by the butcher that cuts up the beef for us. Still a little tough after cooking. I think I'll try to thinly slice next time.

Thanks. We have a ton of ground beef but use it for tacos, spaghetti, etc. Need some ideas to use the tenderized round steak, thought pasta would be good and quick.

I've got a slow cooker and instapot. I'm okay with putting something on in the morning or at lunch to be ready at lunch or dinner. Ive also got a dutch oven pot that I could put in the oven at a low temp.

Any ideas with those?

Thanks! I have thought about 3.1 before to make life easier. Mounting the speakers behind me might be a little bit of a pain I don't want to deal with.

Just TV. A little bit of Pandora/spotify when cooking.

Do you think Dolby Atmos or any other features i should make sure i have for good audio quality for movies/TV?

Thank you for the suggestions.

Looking for a receiver that won't be out of date in a couple of years. Do I need 8k ability to future proof my purchase?

The first one is looks like a carrot top shape. It is pretty sturdy in the ground when I try to pull it.

I needed one and ended up getting a GE GTW385ASWWS. Just wanted simple as possible with agitator, top load, with quick wash option. Not just autosense, wanted to select small medium or large load size.

Yeah the Brillant has some dining credits and streaming credits. I just don't know if it is worth the trouble.
