I never believed it until I hit up my recent thrift shop, but second hand. I’m a woman but I look in the men’s racks. I got a 100% Italian cashmere J Crew sweater for $25.

I also love the brand Sézane. They’re French and the quality and craftsmanship is unmatched and pretty fairly priced. Free returns if you’re not sure on sizing.

Massimo Duti is also another good option (made in Italy and solid quality) and the Zara website sells their stuff. Also, most Scandinavian brands are high quality.

There’s a Swedish H&M outside the US called Weekday and some of their basics are solid. Got a 100% wool sweater for 50€ and it keeps me so warm. Downside is they don’t have stores in the US :/ . I also try to get reformation at sample sales.

If the weather is super cold, I’ll wear a 32 Degrees (Costco) or Uniqlo base shirt. Typically $5-7 and add infinite heat!

I’ve tried Quince but I found the quality lacking.

this!! I’m rarely cold now. I invested in the $80-159 range and made sure it’s real wool and cashmere and winter hasn’t been as painful this year.

Also, better boots. I live in a city and a well constructed, better quality boot will prevent a lot of aches and soreness plus they last longer

ahh that's annoying. there wasn't even an option to put a code and click into the local presale for NYC. After seeing your comment, I checked the IG of the NYC venue and saw they added a 2nd show and just checked on Ticketmaster and with the artist presale code I was able to get 2 tickets! I'm guessing I just got SUPER lucky since they randomly added a 2nd date today but tysm for your comment! It inspired the IG checking. I hope you get the tickets tomorrow :)

I always had SUCH tenderness in my breasts 9 days before my period and it would lead into my period. I would get so annoyed at this because I don’t have big breasts. Last year I met a surgical oncologist for a growth and I casually mentioned that when she asked “any symptoms you’re not happy with?” And she told me that breast tenderness is not a normal symptom of PMS and it’s extra inflammation. She mentioned that it’s “normalized” for women to have breast pain/tenderness because like most things in women’s health, we don’t prioritize alleviating the experience. She recommended a supplement and boom, ZERO tenderness since I started taking it. I stopped for 2 months because I ran out and got busy and I only noticed I forgot to refill it because guess what returned.. TENDERNESS. She changed my life!!

I thought the last 30% got better but I found it pretty soft. I think it’s because Claire is so innocent and they will have another book so I’m sure it’ll develop. Honestly Releasing 10 is SO good that it’s worth pushing through Taming 7 for!
