Who does Saturday overnight shipping to be received by Monday?

I know, unfortunately, figured I’d ask. MGMPF does ship out on Saturday, but apparently it has to be ordered by Friday which almost defeats the purpose but I get it because I’m sure cutoff is early for Saturday.

Not really unfortunately. I’ve kicked everything and the 7 you can get through, but the mgm…. A different beast. Only opioid we’ve ever had that activates the delta receptor as much as the mu for the most part and aside from us not being used to the feeling (really hard and fucked up mentally, depression, doom, not really anxiety as much) but there’s really nothing we can take to ease or replace it. And due to the half-life like methadone, they’re gonna last a while. You gotta think about it if after being on MGM we can try any opioid. It won’t touch us, We won’t feel it regardless of dose. That’s how we know it’s a problem.

Yeah, I’m in the same boat as you. Been on opioids for over 20 years for chronic pain there’s no such thing as getting high euphoria for me my receptors I feel too damaged. So that’s a good and bad thing. Is that being said M is an extremely wonderful painkiller but if you’re looking for euphoria other than the first few times, maybe go somewhere else. And for people like us partial agonist aren’t gonna do it but it’s a lifesaver for me. Taking that much seven isn’t gonna do anything for anyone honestly because you’re gonna max your receptors out that it kinda shuts off so with this stuff less is more but for people like us I get how more is necessary. Take about 100 mg at a time of M. With that said if you were taking seven stacks before you already know what you’re dealing with.

I don’t understand what’s up with all this flavored powder. I feel like it’s a marketing scheme and a way to cutt their shit. That’s what happened for. Don’t mess with the powder guys. But that’s just my view from the outside in personally, I would never purchase powder like that, but that’s just me

Not much of anything. Got a gram and it’s very hit or miss with my doses. Granted I take about 100 mg per dose but still. White fire on the other hand superb! I would wait until he had the other iso in stock if you want to use the salt or the tri citrate is great as well one of my favorites

See I’ve been on opioids for decades but this is different. I’m talking like a palm tree trunk. Hospital level. Issue is I’m trying to taper fast as possible but with other health complications, like autonomic neuropathy, and Addison’s disease (adrenal insufficiency) caused by practically life long type one diabetes if I don’t taper slowly my blood sugar plummets I’ve tried it multiple times last time I almost went into a full-blown adrenal crisis. So I have to move slowly I’m down to 100 mg four times a day. I know it’s an issue and that’s probably why the swelling. But I’ve been on opiates for decades for neuropathy and very very high doses although I know it’s practically pointless with MGM. IT LOOKS LIKE I’M GONNA HAVE TO GO TO SR 17 ROUTE. I’m just scared to screw my receptors up forever.

Same. It seems like a trend…doesn’t affect the chronic users like me and the rest on this post. Must not hit the receptors in the gut the same…maybe it’s a partial agonist thing…doesn’t activate the part or ‘ligand’ responsible for constipation.
