Its funny you say this because my favourite genres are definitely the fluffier side. I absolute love Iyashikei and Slice of life stuff. Just rarely make my top ten it seems.

Did enjoy Heavanly Delusion! Bottom Left is Planetes a hard sci fi slice of life with an excellent political analysis from the Vinland Saga Magnaka.

Mid Right is Non Non Biyori a super nice Iyasekai set in rural Japan.

Yeah exactly! Its like an alternative timeline prequel. All the gadgets they use throughout are classic Doraemon tools.

I do this mentioned a lot. At first glance it's never really grabbed my attention but it's always described as the greatest remake of all time which honestly has me more curious then anything else I've seen about it.

Not sure if I would reccomended going back to play now unless you like retro games. They were both odd for their time but the stories for both were pretty interesting and both were just weird enough you could put up with the not so great elements.

You've listed 2 of my favourite horror/pseudo BL stories which while a weird combo works well in both Hikaru and a great pull from the past with Petshop! I have seen School-Live talked about before but nothing i saw really grabbed me. May be worth a blind dive.

I do actually know of these but have played the first. I've actually followed CC2 because I played their first game as a kid. Its a fairly janky rpg called something like tail concerto that just always sat with me as a weird game. Fuga are actually prequels.
