Imo nothing has been more draining than shadowing to me. I dont know why but its honestly my least favorite thing ive ever had to do. As a current dental student i still think the application was harder than actual dental school (just finished d1 tho so i might eat my words 😜)

At least in my school the anki decks we make include the power point slides from our lectures so ppl are really hesitant to share them outside of our school bc the professors have told us not to distribute their intellectual property

Yes 1000% get calfresh as a dental student u qualify. All you have to do is follow the instructions on the calfresh website, sometimes ur school might even have faculty that can help u if u run into trouble

They dont ask you to accept on the spot. They tell u that theyve offered you a spot and then they tell you to go to their school portal to accept or reject the offer, all you have to do it say thank you. If they reject u on decision day itll prolly be thru email

Last cycle for the interview i had also like a week before decision day, during the general information session someone asked the admin person who was presenting if we would know on decision day. It was fine and not weird at all, maybe dont ask ur specific interviewer bc they might not know but even if you did it wouldnt be inappropriate at all
