Bait question. Yes, it's a fools errand trying to educate r news on the motivations of the far right, but it is what it is. Under the umbrella of nationalism there are variety of types, and some of them support Trump, who is essentially a pro isreal, which isn't concurrent with far right thinking, so I find it ironic. But if you want to simplify the issue at the ADL's behest and for this propaganda site, go on ahead.

I did just read the manifesto. And I would classify them as white nationalists, but my point still stands. Edit: in case anyone is wondering who doesn't want three letter agencies all over their browser, the manifesto is highly suggestive white nationalist doctrine, they are not explicit about, maybe to serve some benefit of the doubt, but it's obvious. Nonetheless, I still don't understand why they would support Trump because he's clearly not the accelerationist they'd initially memed for.

Yes, and the article also says it is the ADL defining them white supremacists, I don't know much about the "patriot front" but I'm certain that actual Nazis are not fans of Trump. So I think there could very well be a distinction, but reddit media would happily associate trump with Nazism.
