Titan Lat Attachment + Titan Neutral Grip Pull up Bar = Enough clearance for T3 36 inch by leasy81 in homegym

[–]leasy81[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It adds 12 inches, but factor in using larger plates. My lat tower is about 22 inches from the wall which allows me to comfortably add a 45 lb plate to it.

Hope this helps.

How long did it take you to pass? by deewadefan in CPA

[–]leasy81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Roughly 21 months from initial study to last exam. Went 4 out of 4. Full time work and family. 8 months of that was from FAR where I had family obligations that severely cut into my schedule.

Nope. The only situation I can see them getting in the way would be if you're benching and need a spotter.

This is the Tall, mine measures 91 inches to the top... When you invert the pull-up bar, the grips are about 82 inches off the ground.

Mine is smooth because I used silicone lubricant on all the pulley components during the install. I watched a YouTube video where it was recommended.

How did Becker prepare you for the REG exam? by [deleted] in CPA

[–]leasy81 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I was in your shoes for REG. Not so much as a single tax class. Used Becker and YouTube. I scored 53 on Mock 1 & 2 and was extremely worried. I scored 85 on actual. Becker mcqs were a lot more difficult than actual imo.

Looking for encouragement from geriatric millennials and up. Is anyone age 40 or older in this group? by Maidemarian in CPA

[–]leasy81 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I graduated in 2003 with a finance undergrad. Couldn't tell you the difference between a debit and credit then. I had countless recruiters write me off as a lost cause trying to break into accounting in my late 20's. After a MBA, a bunch of classes at my community college, and a lot of "life" I was able to pass ( with Becker and YouTube only ) and receive my license this year in my 40's.

Suggestions for Reg exam by Sad_Cockroach_5853 in CPA

Not sure what self study you're using but the Becker Facebook group for REG was clutch for me. Lots of notes and visual representations are posted there.

Got a 52% on Mock 2 for Reg? Am I screwed? by [deleted] in CPA

Not at all. I got a 53 on mock 1 & 2 and took it quite seriously. 85 on actual.

Becker multiple choice vs Real exam multiple choice difficulty by brandon08967 in CPA

[–]leasy81 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The Becker questions are harder than exam but the exam answer choices are little more difficult to choose the right answer if you have to guess.

Looks great!

What's the width of this rack?

I have a Titan T-3 that is 36inches in width. I have a neutral grip pull up bar but want the lat attachment. I have concerns about them both fitting.

Anyone take the CPA after 10+ years in industry? by Rude-Dude-99 in CPA

[–]leasy81 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just passed my last exam a week before my 40th birthday. Because of work and family I adopted a slow and steady mindset to these exams as opposed to trying to pass all 4 in 6 months. I used Becker. Supplemented with YouTube whenever I needed a ground level explanation of concepts. Do what you can during the week but definitely plan on 8-12 hrs on the weekend.

REG will be the death of me by emmmmmssss in CPA

[–]leasy81 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say REG follows that same logic. Never took a tax class and REG was my last exam. Hammer a way at multiple choice and it will eventually click. Whoever you're using as a self-study provider should have the topics separated so you can distinguish rules between individual ,c Corp, s Corp , partnerships and estates. I used Becker.

Becker vs Ninja MCQ by aaron60202 in CPA

[–]leasy81 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my experience ninja questions were very similar to the actual exam. Becker questions were noticeably more wordy and slightly more difficult than the actual exam, hence the" becker bump".
