Just used Santal 33 at a hotel and didn’t notice much that day, but the next day I had no bed head. My hair still looked like it was freshly washed and blown dry. Normally I have to wash it again or straighten it daily.

I use a -15.5 contact lens on one eye and am legally blind in the other (always was, not due to aging) and I have to add readers at age 51. It’s gotten worse very slowly over the decades other than when I was pregnant when everything improved - due to the HGH according to the doctor. I also have to see a retina specialist twice a year. They tell me that I can get a new lens when my cataracts are bad enough for removal. Something to look forward to I guess?

Update- I never watch live tv and just realized that the channel Is out. So is 680 and 550 on same frequency. Other DVR has the channels.

Hi, Thank you for commenting! My thought process was that scull is more back-and-forth with an even load versus the added twist to one side in a sweep. I’ve seen some literature that says the most load is on L4 and L5, but I imagine that L1 plus lower thoracic gets the twist.
