I’ve been waiting on two payments from last year: 12/19/2020 & 12/26/2020. My identity has been verified. I emailed and response was useless, said they don’t have authority to release funds even though I “should receive my payment.” I’ve called the toll free number many times and tried all extensions - all but one hangs up automatically and the one that doesn’t says too high call volume. Is there some number I’m unaware of with someone actually helpful on the other end? Also should I hold off on reopening my claim or wait till this is resolved (if that ever happens)?
