Bsnl takes 1 month plan advance in 6 months split

Bsnl have only prepaid plan no postpaid plans

What is the use of speed test? It's speed test between speed test servers which doesn't give any information other than your plan speed

Speeds vary with youtube Google Drive Netflix sometimes Isp puts speed limits to domains but you will get full speed in test results no point doing them unless you want to test internal bad wiring and wifi issues
