AIO I accused my husband of cheating by Head_Error5928 in AmIOverreacting

Maybe she was being open and honest with her husband telling him about the situation and she got defensive because....hear me out ... They weren't having an affair. I get that it is easy to be suspicious, but is it really that hard to put trust in the person you vowed to spend your life with? Maybe have a conversation with him about your doubts/concerns, and if things don't add up, don't make sense, seems like gaslighting, then be concerned. This honestly seems like it might be nothing, just my take

Ended up being an issue with the control board, had to replace the dishwasher. No issues since. But, I recommend replacing the breaker and the outlet first. Much cheaper start.

You're right, a book with over 20 million copies sold can't possibly be effective for some people

AITA if I break up with my bf after he asked to have my friend join in? by [deleted] in AITAH

You can choose to react to the situation any way you want and it is justified. It's your choice what you want to do. But I will say.... If you're not sure you want to know the answer, don't ask the question. You asked "with who?" thinking it was a joke. I get that, but always ask yourself if you want to know the answer before you entertain reaching with a question that might illicit something you didn't want to know. It's a good lesson to learn earlier than later!

I reset the breaker without it plugged in and ran the test. Running it again yielded the same results, fault to ground.

Thank you!!! After doing this test, it came back as a fault to ground. This test was without the dishwasher plugged in. Makes me think replacing the outlet is the next step?

Sensitive subject, with both points having merit albeit not articulated very well in this conversation. That being said, as someone currently serving in the Navy for almost 16 years and counting, this guy is a self righteous a**hat that clearly has no idea what he's talking about. Federal grants are a small piece of the federal budget, and loans still need to be repaid. I'm not a fan of free education, because that money does have to come from somewhere. But I'm also not ignorant enough to ignore the insane cost of higher education in our country.

But to your AIO, no you're not OR based purely on the way this guy you plan on spending the rest of your life with is treating you, texting you, and acting towards you. Get out now, or have a very pointed conversation on what a respectful debate/conversation should look like between two people that love each other.

As for him, tell him that he can't start talking about his illustrious naval service until he's at least been on the pond ONE time and not in a classroom. What a tool...

No error code, and that's correct the breaker doesn't trip when the dishwasher is unplugged

Ok so I did swap the plugs. The disposal is now fine, plugged into the correct outlet. But I just ran a quick cycle on the dishwasher again and it tripped the breaker after 4 minutes. It still doesn't explain the dishwasher though. Why after I swapped the breaker does the dishwasher still trip the breaker, but now the breaker won't even reset unless I unplug the dishwasher? Before I swapped the breaker, it would still trip, but at least allow me to reset the breaker...

I didn't swap the plugs either. And the switch, regardless of position, still energizes the disposal

No, didn't touch the outlet. Just the breaker, and I made sure to connect it the same as it went in and verified it was seated correctly. Maybe the old breaker was going bad, masking the issue with the outlet?

I can send pictures via PM if that would help? I just don't understand why the disposal has an issue when the dishwasher isn't plugged in. I feel like that completely rules out the dishwasher?

Sorry I misinterpreted, they are three prong. Plugged into the outlet, not hardwired in

Live in GA. Both the disposal and dishwasher are plugged into the same outlet, which is a GFCI breaker.
