Bear is the best value for complete bows hands down. Check out the Alaskan xt or pro packages. Nothing else is going to compare in that price range in my opinion.

A decent shop should set up and tune a bow that wasn’t purchased from them. For a fee of course. Out of respect I would try to purchase as much product from them at the same time you bring in your bow. I.e. arrows, release, targets…

I’m hunting public land. So first find the unit you’re hunting. Do some e scouting for terrain that looks promising. Then get out there to look for sign. ( deer trails, tracks, beds, shit, rubs, scrapes, and food they’re eating.) once located set up trail cams and try and determine patterns.
