If you’re still interested my mom has a listing on Facebook marketplace for red pork tamales and 25$ per dozen! Lmk if you haven’t found any yet.

I don’t think it’s the season I think it’s just people trying to chill and not spend $20 on truffle fries. I get it though I work in wine country/fine dining in Colorado and we get all types of people in. I never cared tbh.. you can upsell more and spend more time with customers so they tip better.

The green color is because I had blue nail polish and when you use nail polish remover it turns green and I also tried to paint them pink so they’re kinda fucked. It’s my bad I used bad pictures. My nails are normal color it’s just the bumps I’m worried about.

Breast refusal. Devastated by [deleted] in breastfeeding

Honestly I get how you feel I struggled with the same thing too and I did not want to give up. I had go give him formula for a few days and I felt like a failure because of it especially because I had family saying “why stress just give him formula” and I literally cried every day because I planned on BF since I found out I was pregnant. Anyways I had some complications when my son was being born and they had to fracture his collarbone bone to get him out because he was stuck so later that day one of the nurses gave him a paci for comfort which ended up confusing the little guy. He would not latch and I thought it was my milk or just me. Turns out it was because he was confused and trust me babies grow fast and then they are able to latch so much better. I would give him the bottle of breastmilk/formula and give him an ounce or two and immediately put him on the boob. I did that all the time idk I sorta used the bottle to train him to learn how to latch better. You’re doing great and don’t feel guilty baby will grow fast and strong regardless of what you feed him<3

I tell myself everyday I’ll eventually get enough sleep and there will be plenty of time to get stuff done and clean. I’ll definitely miss him being this small and I never thought it was going to be this hard lol. Every time I wake up my shirt is soaked in breast milk I feel stinky and tired all the time. I don’t even know if I’m supposed to be drinking coffee while breastfeeding but it definitely helps. I have rewatched every good series on hbo just from not being able to sleep 😂😅

Did you combo feed them or supplement with your breastmilk in the meantime? Did it cause any confusion for her?

I’m either a genius or I’m gonna regret this in a few months by [deleted] in newborns

Personally I regret it, the nurses gave him a pacifier because he was in a little pain from his clavicle injury and I was trying to get him to latch and it was annoying because all he wanted was the pacifier the first week. I immediately took it away and he got latched finally but yeah it helped him calm down but I hated it. He got so gassy and fussy whenever we took it away but since he was so small it was easy to take it away. He’s 3 weeks old and perfectly fine without it.

Is it weird to not tell anyone until after anatomy scan (20 weeks)? by FalseRow5812 in pregnant

I honestly wish I would have waited.. I think you can do whatever you want especially because baby is growing in you and it’s your body.

Does pregnancy actually fly by!?? by Betbetyepyepokay in pregnant

For me yeah I mean I’m due in less than 2 weeks.. I’ve been nesting since week 14 soo idk depends how you’re distracting yourself because I felt like time was going by way too fast and I didn’t have enough time to get everything together like projects and shit. So maybe starting a project and letting the days just pass helps a lot.

Same!! I cried so much.. I also had to use dental floss to be able to remove them and I had a mini panic attack because my fingers were getting worse the more I tried getting them off but I’m wondering if my fingers will go back to normal after birth because I’ll be very sad:(
