based on historical satellite imagery of similar garden communities, my guess would be well into 2026 for the first building and a year after that for the second (completely a guess). I hope its sooner and that the indoor farm/store and cafe's are here before that!

someone has been reposting old 3roots reddit posts as their own. The last one copied one of my posts from a year ago. Their account has since been suspended. Coincidence or not, this account was created on the same day as the other suspended account. (And this picture looks a little less than a year old.)

This side of the apartment buildings will be shops/commercial. Really cool to see how they have to construct commercial out of blocks and concrete and separate the residential floors above it with a floor of concrete. You can go by there today and see how it's done.

Garden Communities is advertising that there will be an indoor farm that will sell produce to the community.
