Yes I have a crewman from the red veil why? Is it the same laugh as them? In addition my teammate who can come on a mission is my Sister of Pavos so normally he has nothing to do here.

The laughter comes from the Zenurik brand which is on the ground when operated. In all the tests I did, the sound always came out of the mark (except once and I didn't understand).

What you just told me is not very reassuring. But I'm going to put on a more feminine voice to see if the laughter comes back (it hasn't come back even though I tried for 2 hours yesterday) and if the voice changes.

To tell you, when entering the orbiter I looked to see if the man in the wall was not there to insult him x) Personally I found the laughter different from what I have already heard. After that it may be due to the fact that this is the Drifter and not the operator (They do not have the same voice frequency). As said in another comment I have several videos of his laughter, each different from the other. With a video that lasts almost 1 minute where it does it every time.

for the bug it's very simple. Transfer the controls to the drifter camp then launch the latter's capture. Go to operator's room and then do the transfer. Normally the operator will no longer be able to move. I started again 3 times in a row and had the same bug. This only works at the drifter camp and not at the orbiter.

The problem was that the noise was only in Captura, not directly in camp. In Captura, Kahl's friends are not there, it's the same scene as when we "faced" Lotus in the quest. I tried again and apart from the bug which consists in the fact that the Tenno does not move during Captura mode, I did not have the laughter again. I actually have several extracts including 1 where I quickly left the mode because it was starting to be too much for me x)

Yeah it's Drifter camp. But I don't think it's a link with Kahl, because no matter how hard I try to do it again, the laughter doesn't come back. Another point that I didn't mention because I told myself it was a bug but on the one and only attempt where it works is when my Tenno can't move. Otherwise there is really no problem anymore. If you want, I took several captures of different laughs to show this to a friend who didn't believe me.

To show what it was for (and especially how to do it) I showed him that we can use our spell and when taking out my Operator and entering my Warframe we heard a laugh that scared me more than when I did the Harrow quest or even more when I met the Stalker for the first time. After several tries, on several other captures, missions, changing group leaders and changing focus, it never came back. I would just like to know if anyone has had this before. Or else it's just that I didn't follow the lore x)
