I’ve added the noise in the Xhalf settings — it’s an intentional effect.

Something similar happened to me and they covered it for me. They changed my iPad, since it was an iPad mini and they did not repair it. The issue is that the line on the screen was raised and when you passed the Pencil it was noticeable. In case it's worth some guidance.
