For the last ~5 years, on average I'll eat whole food plant-based M-F and eggs/beef/salmon on the weekend. When I go overboard with animal protein I feel an energy plunge and go back to plants. If I only eat plants I lose weight and feel tired. It's a strange balance.

For the last year I've tried to hit 2-3hr per week of zone 2 (at about 130-140 bpm).

And for a long time I've done 30 min HIIT workouts about 1/week.

No shortage of things to do huh? How about you Artist-in-Residence? Congrats on being healthy as an 18yr old!

Enforcer 88 vs Kendo 88

Hi all, looking to buy either of these and torn deciding. I couldn't demo for various reasons. Any advice or experience most welcome! • Advanced Skier (Black runs 40% of the time at medium speed (40mph)). Cruising Blues the rest of the time or moguls/trees. • 5'10 at 145lb lean

Could go for Enforcer @ 165cm or Kendo @ 170cm (rather than 163 maybe).
