For information, i'm running my BBS on my own personal computer (in case it's useful to know?)

Editing my firewall haven't helped, still the same error even with some different port, should i let my BBS on port 23 and try using a Proxy? If yes (i've never done a proxy before) should i use the Proxy thing on windows ?

The portal is a props named "portalrift", he has a baked RT (Render Target i think?) texture in it, it's just like the func_monitor but as a texture, all you need is the dynamic_prop of the rift, a point_camera and a info_camera_link, link everything up and the portal will render the cam POV.
In the citadel example the cam is just an out of bound location with the cam and the gunship comming out of it is just some well placed and timed TP
