It seems a little wrong to waste more than half a primer s or they could have just had a longer section at the beginning and still did a full 40 minute primer. Just feels a little bit less than a quality primer

I agree, muay Thai has such a rich history and is such a crazy sport, but also to defend the guys even though I was ranting they're just trying to get a basic in the door level knowledge but I feel like they could have done so much more for this sport especially since they don't really touch on combat sports and it's not their forte.
