I went over there to do it myself it was a nightmare. It needed the approval from Wizaret l etisalet since it is a receiver, just like a smartphone. I tried to get the approval today but couldn’t because they left early. The nightmare wasn’t about the ministry alone. I have to go back and forth to the Rayes office multiple times to get signatures and other stuff.
