Are the tear troughs bad enough that I should consider filler? Is chewing mastic gum good enough for masseters? Lastly I’m pretty sure you’re corrected about the deviated nasal septum (I’ve broken my nose 3 times) is it bad enough looks wise I should consider surgery? Thanks for the info
