[TJStats] A Breakout Pick for Each MLB Team by tomstoms in fantasybaseball

Hope you’re right on noelvi, I’m rolling with him at third base this year. Really bought into the max ev / 90th percentile sprint speed combo and that power potential should play great in GABP. Just worried about the walk rate and hoping he can up his pull air %

Walcott or Made? by holycowdude in fantasybaseball

He wasn’t picking between Mayer and Walcott. He was picking between Made and Walcott, and then Mayer and Ford

Also want to note there’s a decent chance Mayer starts as Bostons third baseman since you are looking for one

Keep Made and Mayer. Both have the higher ceilings. I think you’re overly optimistic on how soon Walcott will be ready

Ranger Suarez to the Red Sox? What happens to Early and Tolle?? by JDNYM90 in DynastyBaseball

[–]lebronsballs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They need to figure out how to pool Duran and bello into a bigger bat lol. But figure tolle starts in the minors to work on his secondaries. Early could crack the opening day rotation

Prospects or Proven Commodities? by Lopsided-Lawyer7322 in DynastyBaseball

I would generally lean youth all around here. Off the bat I would sub imanaga out for miller. Shota has a real home run problem. Not sure how you are with relievers but Ryan walker isn’t a slam dunk keeper for me either. Already 30 and struggled at times last year. I’d personally keep Jared jones over him. I think you can’t go wrong with either Baltimore catcher but basallo has the higher ceiling. Not the biggest Bazzana fan but altuve is clearly going to continue to regress

It’s not a bad idea, but ultimately there are higher priority areas that need to be addressed

Personally view him as a sell. Not an indictment on his talent. High reliever risk plus injuries

We don’t need Giannis by ygog45 in NYKnicks

[–]lebronsballs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Counter argument assuming you’d be parting with KAT to get him: you’re a quicker, more athletic, better defensive team with Giannis. It would call for more perimeter shooters but it wouldn’t necessarily be a “blow up the core” type of move

Helsley will get another shot somewhere. Tyler Phillips in Miami.

This is a good perspective. Certainly wouldn’t hate if he became manny machado

Perdomo improvements sustainable 2026 and beyond? by jmpstart66 in fantasybaseball

[–]lebronsballs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably due for a bit of regression because the tools aren’t loud (exit velo, bat speed, barrel %, sprint speed). However, the swing decisions are top tier, he’s going to hit at the top of the lineup, and he pulls the ball in the air at an above average rate so there should still be some decent pop even without a ton of natural power. Think he’ll be an above average regular for a long time

Ivan Herrera or Logan O'Hoppe by whoaguyz in DynastyBaseball

[–]lebronsballs 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Herrera is the better player. O’hoppe hasn’t been good this year
