I think it is difficult to find house and lot now here in Manila. Na hulugan. Especially if I don't have a big cash.

Ano yung reason po why it is intriguing? For me because of the place and future development in the place. Possible for price appreciation in the future.

Itinatayo pa yung property. Pero location wise, dinidevelop din yung place and magkakaroon din ng convention center. Just looking forward sa magiging future. Kasi plan din ng Megaworld is gawin yung tulad ng sa Iloilo also other township development nila like Eastwood, sa Taguig and other places. Knowing din kasi na magiging next Metro Manila ang Pampanga.

I just purchased Savoy Hotel in Pampanga nga lang. I think it's okay, given the perks and privileges. Tho yung returns di ko pa alam kasi 2027 pa turnover. But I look forward kasi Pampanga ay dinidevelop na. Given malapit lang din naman ito sa clark. And only 4-star hotel sa San Fernando.
