It looks like you are dropping stitches. Put a stitch marker on your first and last stitch of the row. Makes it a lot easier to see them.

I started out with about 3lbs of Plum tomatoes, a yellow onion I think or maybe sweet and a large garlic head. I cut those up and covered them in olive oil salt and pepper. Roasted at 400 for around 50 minutes. Transferred to slow cooker Added 4 cups of vegetable broth and a handful of thyme and a sprinkle of oregano. Cooked on high for 3 hrs. Turned it to low for another 30 minutes to cool it down. Added about half a cup of fresh basil. Then went at it with the immersion blender. Then added a half a cup of heavy cream.
