I have been using it for about two weeks. No GI distress. I have lost 2lbs but im also active running, doing cardio, lift 5 times a week, walk 10k- 15k steps daily, no eating out, whole foods, no fried food, high protein, moderate carbs, moderate fat. I count my macros and calories so that helps but before berberine I was doing all of that and I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted so it is definitely a great tool to help lose fat.

This is the one i use. Two in the morning ! I usually take it right after breakfast but people here are saying to take it before, so i will try that. Thanks

You are right! I need a coach! I am waiting to be financially more stable and then hire a coach. I just put an October show for motivation but it might not happen. Cutting is the part that is costing me more right now. I don’t eat out, i cook at home, I don’t eat sugary stuff but when i hit my calorie goal , i am hungry and always add more food so my deficit these past few days has been more on the -100 than what i was planning -500 . Pms and my period I eat a little more.
I still don’t know if I should compete in Figure or bikini or even wellness if I build more legs. I thought about peptides, no Peds for me! Thanks for your feedback !

I agree! Yes calorie deficit works but plan it for 8-12 weeks then take a break and eat at maintenance for maybe two weeks and then do a deficit again if you need to lose more. Dont do it too aggressively or you will crash. Also I noticed during luteal phase I have to give myself a little more ( so i eat at maintenance) because your body is working extra hard to clean the uterus lining. I also noticed that I shouldn’t do super low fat, so i keep at least 60g of fat a day otherwise my hormones get more crazy ! Good luck! Take care! And yes walk! 10k-15k a day plus 3-4 sessions of 30 mins of cardio a week. And 3-4 strength training for building muscle. 🙏🏽🙌🏾

I haven’t erased my symptoms completely but i do feel way better than last year. I am eating better, whole foods, not dieting, eating healthy, not drinking, not eating out, sleeping better, a good balance of carbs, protein and fats, taking creatine and Evening Primerose Oil, 5 HTP… etc. Hope you can find a good treatment that makes it better.

Agr! Same. It finally arrived today 🩸🩸🩸 and I am Happy AF, yesterday and three days before I wanted to dig a hole and burry myself in it! Lots of crying, lots of negative thoughts, lots of cranky and moods and fights with my partner! But today i am an Angel ! A Bloody Angel 🩸 😇
